Genulux LLC products are warranted against manufacturer defects to the original owner from the date of original purchase for the duration stated in the specific product literature. The warranty covers only the product and does not extend in any way beyond replacement or repair of the product covered under the warranty. In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship, Genulux LLC, will repair or replaceat its sole discretion, the defective product within 30 days from receipt of such defective product. After the warranty period, Genulux will offer repair services or parts as long as parts are available;the costs of repairs are the sole responsibility of the customer.Shipping of the defective product to Genulux is the sole responsibility of the customerat all times. Return shipping costsof the repaired items is covered by Genulux up to $40 per incident for the warranty period only. The Warranty does not cover damages resulting from, but not limited to, improper care, disassembling, misuse, exposure to caustic or corrosive chemicals including but not limited to exposure to sulfur in any form, or normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper cooling, and/or failure to provide reasonable and required maintenance, improperly packaging and shipping of the product back to Genulux, and any evidence of product mishandling. Customer will be notified when repairs are completed, if the product is not claimed within 30 days of date of the notification, the product will become the property of Genulux.
HID Lightsand associated components sold by are Final Sale, unless defective or damaged when received, which will be covered under their perspective warranty terms.
If you are unsatisfied with any Genulux LED light purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and issued prior to shipping, and the product must be shipped within 15 days of issuance of the RMA. Light Fixture returns are limited to one (1) light per customer. All items must be returned in "as new" and "sellable" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories. Items in damaged boxes will not be returnable. Lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the housing opened are not returnable. "Damaged" includes but is not limited to water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection. Returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insurance and filing of claims for damaged or lost returns.
Shipping damage and defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment (not including weekends and holidays). No Exceptions!
Cancellations are only allowedin the event that your item has not yet shipped, in which case it can be cancelled at no charge.
